New camera, Fallabella, Tattoo Colour..

It's been a long while since I've bought a digital camera. The first one that I bought was way back. I lost it in the US in 1999. I don't even remember the model number. It was Fuji, that's all I remember.

Then fast forward to 2001, I had a chance to ask a friend who was happen to be in Tokyo to look for the latest, brightest digital camera from Sony. There it was the first 4 Megapixel digital camera in the world in a compact size.

I have a fair share of digital camera, digital photography up until now if you all know my profession. So when most of my friends are looking for camera, closed-circuit camera (CCD), or even a spy-type camera. They all ask my advice. However, I've been camera-free for about a year.

Today, out of the sudden, I have the urge to buy a new camera. I remember my good friend, Bank, who took my pictures during our last trip to New York, Quebec, and Montreal. I remember his camera was really useful. So I rang him to ask which camera that he has. It turns out that he has an IXUS. So there I went with my supplier discount card for Central that Meticulous got.

Now I'm a happy owner of the brand-new Canon Digital IXUS 980 IS. It comes with 14.7 Megapixel and some interesting features. I think I should have gotten the Sony HD Cam again but the one that I had was lost in the jungle of Malaysia...

I'll be doing testing on this new camera along with other cameras that I still have. We'll see if this one will go on the new plane that I'm building. After getting the camera, I went to Fallabella for a private concert by Tattoo Colour. It was pretty damn good. Lots of cute guys and gals coming along. And to mention about the gist of the night, it was outdoor!!! Everything was kinda blur after a few bottles but who is counting!! Drink, Dance, and Drunk were the norm. I think they ought to impress quite a few Japanese gals tonight too.
